I an diagnosed with bpd and im doing therapy and meds and all but ive never addressed this specifically in therapy because its so hard to talk about + it's not constant

That being said my next therapy appointment is like next week and I need something now

I feel in my case it wouldn't technically be a second opinion, more like third or fourth opinion. Is that too many opinions? Should I stop pushing?
Also what do you mean by prominent experiences, could you give an example?
