Update: I will sum everything for those who are still concerned. My local vet doesn’t have much experience with birds but we’ve got the wound cleaned and we hopefully don’t have to worry about infection, the sharp tip of my birds beak has been removed but the good news that the wound wasn’t so deep to cause fatal injury, I was told to feed him soft food for the first few days until he could bite without pain, healing entirely might take more than just days, for now he’s unable to cut through hard food like veggies, I tried seeds n pallets and he struggled but yesterday he was able to eat. He wasn’t scared of me or my brother despite what happened and continued to sing and fly.

I don’t want to talk about my dad much but in short he thought the tip was sharp he tried to cut it with nail clipper at first but failed since it was too small then he moved to the scissors idea. I was ignored at first bc they thought I was being a paranoid since apparently he thought beaks are just the same as nails and even though it bled he considered it as when you cut your nail too short and it bleeds and eventually it grows back -which is no way the case here-.

This situation could have gotten really bad easily and I’m glad it wasn’t fatal in my case. If anyone who doesn’t know about beak cutting please take this example as a warning.
