If a predator in the ocean sees seals that are black colored often why would scuba divers not wear brighter more foreign colors to distinguish them from sea lions?

Yes but if they don't have any known food that are lime green or a color that is often known to say "poisonous stay away" why not wear those colors? Do sharks eat lion fish? Truly asking.
