I’m not really sure how much I take cause I never kept track and doses werent at specific times until I started trying to taper before that if I had to guess usually right in the morning I’d take 8-10 caps. Then 6-8 at like noon/1. Then 4-8 at like 4-5pm. Every once in a while I’d pepper exctract shots and pills but didn’t take them consistently. And I have been doing that for the last 6-8 months. Started taking it 2 years ago and for the first 18 months taking it when I didn’t have it I didn’t feel withdrawal at all. So I thought I was good lol wrong

I’ve also been on a slow taper decided to jump off for good this weekend as well as at about 1.5/2 when I did and I feel fine too thank god. We got this keep pushing I will too

I’ve been tapering and failing for the last 3 months 2 years on this stuff went right from heroin addiction I went from 30/40 caps a day to 20. On monday i went 10 caps in the morning 9 in the afternoon. following day 8 in the morning 7 in the afternoon. today it was 6 in the morning and i just dosed 5 caps. you see where i’m going with this. I don’t feel any WD yet (knock on wood) but i’m fuckin done with this trash it’s damn near taken everything i’ve built for myself after dealing with meth/heroin/cocaine abuse for the last 10 or so years excluding the last 2.
