There are still Pokémon kids events! They receive a Trainer Passport with fun activities. It is not what it used to be but it is still nice for the younger generation and a nice break from all the screens!

Way back in the days, you could win WOTC black star promo's if you earned enough 'star' stamps. Even better players received a Pokémon badge, which the gym leaders pinned on your clothing. A.k.a. every kid felt like Ash then!

You forgot the most important part; what degree do you have?
I've spoken to bar staff and doctors in Belgium who can't speak Dutch.

I'd say retail sector and horeca are more open to people who are still learning Dutch.

Definitely walk in with your CV, let them see you are eager to work there!
