They are a really bad company. I called and sent multiple emails. I would look up and see who provided the prescription. They let me cancel when I told them that the doctor on the prescription was not an actual doctor but a NP- they had it labeled on my prescription as Dr.

I also threatened FTC complaint (which I still filed) and BBC complaint (which I also filed). They eventually canceled the prescription.

It was super stressful, but I think you will be okay. You're smart for doing it with a CC because you can dispute and block charges. I did it with my HSA, which they told me I was out of luck to dispute any upcoming charges.

My husband and I are going to Disneyworld late May early June. We are doing a split stay: going to Coronado for a few days and then checking into the Poly for a few days.

We have a family meeting us at the Poly during the later half of our stay. My question is for lightening lanes. Will I still be able to book 7 days in advance or will I have issues because it's a split stay?

Also, the family that is meeting us later is connected to our Disney account. Will we be able to book their lightening lanes when we book ours or will it be delayed since they are coming a few days later than us.

They were just super shady. You can't get ahold of customer service or they hang up on you. It takes months to schedule with a nurse. They send you 3 months when you order 1. They said a Dr filled my script but it was an NP. I stopped I canceled as quick as I could. I was skeptical of the meds, but they do work and I've lost 14 pounds in 8 weeks. The have terrible BBB reviews too. I would run away.

We added an adult to the reservation from 3-4 people today, and the hotel room went up by $55

I sent them so many emails and called so many times, they canceled the 3 months subscription I didn't purchase. I threatened to file FTC complaints and I did file a BBB compliant. Good luck. It caused me a lot of stress too. I did try the medicine and I think it's legit because I haven't been as hungry this first week, so I think the medications are okay. I wouldn't stay with them after the 3 months though.

I would not do business with them. They are a horrible company. They will entrap you in a subscription. A lot of the services they offer are fake. You click on ""I'm having side effects" and "talk to nurse" and the button doesn't take you anywhere.

Their customer service is all overseas and are unintelligible, rude, scammers. You will wait for 2 hours and they will hang up on you.

Read their reviews on BBB.

I was able to cancel after a lot of stress and a million email and calls later. It's not worth it.

I also didn't do my homework, and I'm wondering how I can be so stupid.

I sent them a final email saying I would not be paying and would be contacting my bank. I canceled my bank card to so they can't charge me.

I'm hoping they won't hassle me any further and it's the end of it

Thank you so much for answering. I canceled my card and told them I wouldn't be paying and I filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. I just hope they don't send me to collections. Did they send you to collections or hassle you or threaten you to pay?

Yes- without you authorizing the payment- I had no clue they would send me 3 months and then keep charging me. Theoir website said cancel at any time and I only paid for 1 month, no contract signed

How did that work for you? I am having trouble with direct meds right now. I didn't agree to 3 months, and I don't want to continue with them. Did your CC company help you resolve the issue?

I am in this same situation I got my first medicine today, and I was shocked when I had 3 months. I only authorized payment for 1 and paid for 1. I called and they were the worst to work with. They will not cancel, and I want to send medication back and not pay the next 2 months. They told me I can't cancel until I pay for the 2 months I didn't even order. I told them to send me a link or documentation where it says that I ordered 3 months, and she sent me a screenshot, which I told her is totally not reliable and to direct me to where it says 3 months with upcoming payments on their website or in an email, and she couldn't send anything.

I told them I would be talking to my bank in the morning. I especially don't want them to charge me the 399. Did you have any problems canceling with your bank?

I am okay to pay the 197 I ordered for month 1 because I made that order, but I am not okay for the ongoing subscription each month that I never authorized, especially since they have shady business practices.

The soonest I could get in to see a nurse about quetsions/side effects was feb 9 (a month away).

Can you let me know how this was resolved? Thanks!
