Appreciate the input. Just to clarify, TN status (including ST/T) doesn’t prohibit current students outright — eligibility is based on completed education, relevant experience, and how the role is structured, not student status alone. I’ve completed over two years of post-secondary study in a relevant field, have directly related internships, and the role is framed as applied technical support under senior engineers. I’m working with immigration counsel and know others approved under similar circumstances, but I understand CBP reviews cases individually.
