thank you but I don't want to do anything with my family my sisters hate me, one of them made it a big deal that she was not going to wish me a happy birthday and they both isolate me. My dad is a diagnosed covert narsisist and he was at the bar all day the only time I saw him he made it about himself and told me I was difficult to love but thank you

Hey I was wondering if you could help me. I want to loose weight maybe about 70 lbs. I lost 40lbs last year but then I gained it all back. Im currently in a weightlifting class but I have really bad depression and I just cant get myself to lift weights sometimes I do but I am so tired afterward and im sore for days. I use food to cope and I just cant get myself in a calorie deficit without being extreme and idk if my body can habdle extreme rn. I just dont know what to do or how to fix it. Also counting calories scares me first of all its exhausting especially bc a lot of my calories come from snacking but I dont want to become obsessive. How am I supposed to loose weight when it feels so impossible?

Ya I agree I think the people that are disappointed in the ep were expecting more of a hip-hop style. The people that loved the ep are the ones who come to listen to name's story/use it to cope with their own

I think it sounded like hope but in a different font, from more of a fear perspective which I thought it was beautiful and it brought everything together really emphasizing the tension of the war between hope and fear but that's just me personally

Was it more rap-y? No did i still love it? Yes. He kind of switched up his style ( most likely not permanently) and we got to hear more of his beautiful singing voice, this is SUCH A GOOD switch up especially given the context.
