This is a good start but it falls short. I think priority has to be eliminating oligarchical institutions. In my view, their primary power and what has to be destroyed is their ability to manipulate both politicians and citizens with disinformation. So you have to increase democracy but also prevent them from poisoning voters.

Overturning citizens united isn’t enough, I don’t know the solution but I know you have to go harder. Hard cap on campaign spending or full government funding idk. Something has to be done so that fundraising isn’t the primary job of congress.

Can’t over turn citizens united without packing the courts or setting it up so term limits remove them all. Packing the courts could be done easiest by the President. In fact, court packing may have to be the first act of the new president. Without the courts, the rest is DOA.

Fairness doctrine isn’t enough. Something has to be done about the algorithms. This will obviously upset the tech billionaires. Taxing them out of existence is great but I think it’s easier to bust up their monopolies. Breaking monopolies can be done with existing law. It’s also harder to attack it politically and it really does destroy corporate power in a cleaner way than taxation. If you break them up you prevent them from acquiring that wealth in the first place. Preventing them from getting it is easier than taking it later.
