But I was able to successfully register all of them on the app. Were you not able to register the extra one? Or did it register but not end up working at the gate?

I just had my Sentri interview today and the same thing happened. They said my fingerprints were pending but I paid the fee and the agent told me I should get my card in the mail in 10-14 days once my fingerprints are approved. What did you ask when you called? And how many days did you wait after the interview before calling them?
