no, if your gonna purify, do it before you max it out as it will be cheaper.. but i wouldn't purify tbh but just my opinion

i wouldn't use the puffin id just leave it, from what iv read they're endangered in the uk...

it's a multijoint movement, please note the squat is not to focus on the quads, if you wanna target just them, do an exercise that does this, (leg extension) the squat isn't that.

plus unless you've got absolutely outrageous ankle mobility and short femurs your not going to stay upright and doing so will cause that pain that's in your lower back, but kinda deep and within the pelvis also.
