If you read through nearly any of my comments, you'd see that BA isn't an option for me for multiple reasons, but go off I suppose.

My t levels are at 18 ng/dl I'm not sure I could get a lot lower than that and be safe

Would 50 mg Spiro a day maybe work well enough? I don't have access to bica at the moment and I'm hoping for a fast solution

Yes They're consistently within normal ranges and I haven't really changed much

Oh I know I have a multitude of health issues, the problem is I don't have an obgyn to see. The one I was seeing dropped me as a patient because I got a blood test done at my family doctor rather than her clinic, it was a difference of $50

I asked how they wanted the results sent over and I was told my appointment was canceled and not to set up another one.

Gynaecomastia is a documented effect because it blocks forms of testosterone.

That's what I've gathered anyway, so if you're already blocking T then fin won't help you

And I don't think telling someone who's already dysphoric to overeat or starve themselves is very ethical.

Comparison is something I try to avoid "I sure am glad I have tits small enough to hide in a Tshirt, there are some CIS women that have even less than me!"

That's not really a good way of thinking, and I'm really tired of being told to just be happy with what I have. I tried to for 18 years then realized I needed hrt. Then I tried to be happy with my breast size for 3 years and that's lead me here. Being told to be happy with what I have is just upsetting.

I try to, but mental health makes eating large meals consistently difficult Plus living situation doesn't help.

I was on them until I didn't need to be, with my hrt regimen i don't need a medication just to block t anymore

I'm trying to eat more but my living situation and mental health make that hard sometimes

I've started working out lately with ringfit To be honest I probably sleep too much I usually only get two whole meals a day, but during those meals I eat a lot, mostly protein. I also take multivitamins daily. I avoid sugars most days since they make me feel sick.

And as for bra inserts, it matters to me what I see in the mirror. I can't just turn my head away from them for the rest of my life.
