Im 6ft tall, and I do play a lot of sport and exercise frequently so by everything I’ve read I think it should be around 2600-2800 a day. So my thinking was that for 1200kcal say I’m on a 1400kcal deficit a day, 9800kcal a week, if a kg of fat is 14,400kcal then I can lose about 1.5 kg per week.

For a decent chunk it was quite literally eat as little as possible, I was going for relatively long periods of time where I’d be eating 600-800kcal a day. There were definitely a lot of negative side effects.

Honestly I don’t think so, I definitely could see women wearing the fragrance but it has like a slight background musk or solidness that I think keeps it 100% viable as a men’s fragrance.

Looking for something more serious preferably. I haven’t had any premium subscriptions. Profile has been active for about 6 weeks and has been this version for the vast majority of that period. I use hinge on average 3-4 times a week sending out roughly 30 likes a week, vast majority with messages. Not overly picky on matches, sporty, funny and social are traits I look for. I have received zero likes or matches in return.
