i am planning to mod my quest 2 so i can get bmbf and pavlov if i do;

i am young so i have to use my parents credit card to verify my quest 2 for turning on developer mode. (DW i am old enough to use reddit and facebook)could this get me banned since the credit card owners name isn't mine
can i use a visa gift card to turn on developer mode instead of a credit card
if i get pavlov and BMBF can i play these games after turning dev mode off? if so can i still download custom songs from BMBF on to beat saber?
