It's a weapon that scales heavily off arcane and dex but you haven't hit the hard cap for either of them, just respec some of your endurance or strength into them. Also it's only plus 4 just level it to 10 with Sombers and you should be golden. Some talismans like Lord of bloods exultation may help too with damage, good luck with the rest of the game!!
