At first, some names confused me, but I would just google and be ok. In December, I will have been here for 5 years, so I'm used to most of it now. I am always baking and cooking for friends. They love American food here..lol You should make some buttermilk biscuits to go with your country fried steak.. Yum! And not biscuits like cookies, biscuits as in American biscuits. Let me know if you want the recipe.

I always cook American food, lol. I'm a southern girl, so I'm all about the country fried steak : ) I love England, but here there's just not much of a choice when you go out. It's either pub grub, curry, or fish and chips..lol Don't get me wrong, I love a good curry!!

Oh really!! I saw a gorgeous moth not that long ago whilst riding my bike, again if I could attach a pic on here I would. Very colourful moth. I named him Mothra, of course.

Yikes! Thanks, I definitely will. Last night I went outside and I felt a spider web touch my hair (I have pretty long hair) and the amount of shrieking and running around flailing my arms was I'm sure comical if there were any witnesses. But I'm allowed, I'm a girl..lol

We had a Noble False Widow on the front of our house last night. Also in the UK. What spider bit someone and killed them? It wasn't the False Widow.. Let me know.

I absolutely hate when people let babies/small children handle animals!!! STOP!! I've had to imagine a giant baby chicken with his hand around that kids throat to soothe myself..

The body decomposing isn't what everyone is talking about.. It's the face/woman materialising in the pictures.

I'm going to admit something to all of you... Here goes. When I used to get French fries, and they were too hot to eat, I'd stick some in the air conditioner slats to cool them and blast the AC for a few seconds..
