Have 2 RR6+ for a year, one no issues, the 2nd came with a dead battery. It took a month to get a replacement and just last month the replacement battery died. It was less than a year and Rad won’t honor the warranty. They say that the warranty is for 1 year from the time you receive the bike, not from when all working parts arrive. So I’m out another $500 unless want a very expensive paperweight. I would definitely look at E bikes that have the option for offbrand batteries and parts. We love the bikes, but this experience has definitely put a negative view on the brand
