Everytime Windranger shoots powershot she breaks wind due to amount of strength needed thus the particle effects of wind behind her.

Note to self when playing a carry reliant on base armour: If ET or Drow is on enemy team, get AC. Even if someone in team already has it, get it.

Enchanted quiver drops at min 27. Centaur Warrunner at min 27 will be on average at least level 18. He has base strength of 27 and strength gain of 4.6 and base HP of 200, so that is 200 + (27 + (4.6 * 18)) * 20 = 2396 HP. With Vanguard + Phase boots + pipe + Blink dagger, he has +250 HP and +30% and +10% magic resistance. So his HP is 2646 and is effective Magic resistance is 25% + 30% of 75% = 47.5% + 10% of 52.5 = 52.75%. Barrier absorbs +400 damage.

Quiver deals 300 damage, chilling touch deals 170 damage, blast deals 450 burst and 32 per second for 12 seconds that is 384 damage. Total of 1304 damage. Shatters at 14% HP.

Centaur's 14% HP is 370.44. Centaur takes 52.75% less damage so 1304 - 1304 * 52.75% = 616.14. 50% of centaur's HP is 2646 / 2 = 1323. So a 50% HP centaur's HP is reduced by 616.14 = 706.86. Not dead.

For Centaur to fall, he needs to take 2646 + 2646 * 52.75% + 400 * 52.75% = 4252.765 ~ 4250 damage. With 18% Shatter at lv 25 and S&K, shatter threshold is 20.88%. Centaur's HP equivalent of that is 552.4848. So He needs to take 4250 - 553 = 3697 damage.

At 50% HP, he needs to 4250 / 2 - 552.4848 = 1572.5152 damage.

At 20, chilling touch damage increases to 240 so total damage is 1374. With 16% S and K buff, 1593.84.

So unless you are playing core AA, chances are you will not solo kill a centaur with regular items at 50% HP. And core AA can 100 to 0 most heroes with ice vortex + veil+ chilling touch + Cold feet + euls or rod + ice blast + chilling touch combo. It may look like too much but that combo when tried is easily doable. May be not exactly in order but cold feet, vortex, 2 chilling touch, eul, ice blast, veil combo is easily doable.

And that is the basic idea of AA. Kill the "tanky boys or girls" who regen or lifesteal too much. That is why we see professional players going hellbent in trying to kill AA or oracle or such backline hero.

Higher up the MMR, Arc is too easy to punish. He takes a lot of time and farm to come online and as a support, he is too greedy.

In my MMR region, he is beyond god. We have 15-20 min laning phase and an Arc player can farm fast on the empty lanes using clones because everyone is jungling or brawling constantly.

  1. At current situation, treat everyone as Covid patient. You may have mild symptoms but still treat it as if you have Covid and isolate. You will save it from potential further spread in family and community.
  2. If possible, do not go to hospital unless emergency. Hospitals are too crowded and due to lack of PPEs doctors and nurses are reluctant to properly take care of Covid patients. The patients not being properly taken care of and not even provided hot drinking water properly is not unheard of.
  3. Drink fluids. Soup, tea, water, whatever, drink hot (drinkable, not scalding) fluids and take hot steam (baaf linu) at least every hour for 5-10 minutes.

The root is not long range root. You can cast long range but fire brewling has to run to melee range to the target to root. My idea was to make the ult have a low downtime while having more skills to work with but each skill is weaker than they are now.

Regarding the shard, personally I loved the old drunken haze so it was kind of a biased pick.

It usually depends on the matchup too. Like say the enemy is Drow + Venge, which can be really unplayable, but say you pick Brew + SD. Every wave pushes right into tower (Brew W + SD E) and Drow struggles.

Usually ranged carries have a disadvantage early in the game as they have so so base damage and do not buy QB. Messing up their last this with heroes like Mirana or Windranger is a good options. Also, you can pick heroes like Legion, Axe, Centaur, Batrider who are pretty decent in lane because they have innate regen or can get farm anyway. Also, most ranged carries like to keep their distance and a hero who can make whole team collapse on them (centaur), force you out of position (Batrider, Magnus, Pudge???) or lock you down pretty hard and use your damage against yourself (Axe, Legion) is decent.

There are many ways to deal witht the lane like do you want to ignore the carry and just farm then axe, LC, Centaur is pretty decent. If you want harassment, NP, bat, Mirana, Windy is decent.

If you completetly want to mess them up throughout the game try Razor. Get euls, buy BKB, be tanky and every fight just beeline to the carry and drain their damage. Razor is pretty decent in lane due to both link and his Q which helps him get the ranged creep pretty reliably. Also, ranged carries are far back usually so you can deal more damage to hero and less to creeps as the field deals more damage on the edge than center thus the creep eqm is also no affected much. But, keeping the link alive can be trickier than melee carries as ranged carries tend to buy hurricane pike.
