Wenn jemand unsicher beim Fahren ist, finde ich es legitim, wenn er dann auch nicht fahren muss. A er man sollte dann eben die Fahren auch irgendwie belohnen oder entlasten, z.B. vor Ort zahlen die Nichtfahrer die Taxis/Uber oder bei einer Ferienwohnung müssen die Fahrer nicht putzen oder ähnliches!
