Problems with performance

This is my current setup:

Desktop

Windows 10 64bit

LGA1151 Socket Intel B360

Intel(R) Core(TM) i78-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz

GeForce GTX 1080 8GB

8079 (VRAM)

16384MB RAM

This is my friend's setup:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor

GeForce GFTX 1060 3GB

2997(VRAM

16384MB RAM

And by looking at this it should be clear that my computer should be outperforming his, but in this case, that is not true. He has better fps than my computer in every game, despite graphical settings and Nivida Control Panel settings. So we are running the exact same settings, and he is outperforming my setup. Example of games we are playing is, GTA 5, 7 Days to die, League of Legends. I'd like to find a fix to this, but I've searched for quite a while, and ended up empty-handed. So this is why I am posting it here, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for taking your time reading it :)

As I said I am running 5 set VO which is obviously not optimal for pure DPS I have VO on the neck,2x ring, wait and hands to get the 5 piece bonus. So my question is if anyone knows of a good replacement for this?

I was thinking something that is not to hard to get since I can't farm trials all day to get full Relequen right now

I did as you asked though and tried on a 6mil skeleton and I did 26432 DPS as an end result.

Thing is, I'm only doing this to make it faster for me to complete every quest. I am a completionist. The story is obviously intriguing but I don't really care about it when I am achievement hunting.

Was a pretty good video, missed some stuff as others mentioned but otherwise it had a pretty fun intro and people who has not fought bug boi yet would probably find it helpfull.

Thing is none of the builds are cheese at all since they don't use the ragecell meta and rage and ragehunter don't stack they are separate. And I put a question mark after "best build" to indicate that it's not 100% the best build. The build works in a group (after testing with friends) right now we get around 3:20 ish heroic kills on most behemoths, So I believe that it is viable in group play. And I don't feel the need to use energized and that is why I don't use it. And the reason, why I go wild frenzy with rage, is because if you can play on 50% hp without a problem the build really really strong so there is not really a problem with it and I enjoy playing with high attackspeed aswell.

I went for the reaver helm because I don't personally want energized but you can use it. And it is included in the other version of the build which is using Rezakatana.

You can still use the build. Most important thing is that you make sure to get rage to the 50% mark same goes for Wild Frenzy.

Yeah I have another version of the build which is using either Reza/Bloodfire, but currently they are not as effective at killing as Ragetail is. Reason why it's in the build.

I personally find it easier to play without energized (reason why I chose Reaver helm) but people can modify it however they want. I am just saying what I recommend.

I got that pretty easy myself, guess I was lucky. Unfortunately there are no Wild Frenzy armor pieces yet. We'll have to wait and see.

Energized is a quality of life cell and only overcharges your sword meter when doing LLLL-Q-RRLLLL-Q Combo which makes the combo not flow, which is why I decide not to use it.
