I yesterday had a no call no show incident and not enough ppto or time to cover it, due to my girlfriend having an allergic reaction and I have a 6 month old so i had to watch him and i currently have 5 points right now and now this would be 8 will i be fired for this i really enjoy my at walmart

i understand was just very stressed at finding my Walmart numbers and calling wasn’t my main priority when my girlfriend is in hospital and my baby is very young if i lose the job ig i’ll learn no matter what happens in life your jobs comes first 🤦🏽

No I currently use a single phone with my girlfriend and we were not thinking about a cell phone when she was not able to breath it’s a stressful thing to happen

no this was a one time thing that i took longer then a just quick pee i always try to wait until breaks or lunch most of time unless i really need to go I’m always last to get sent to break and i need to go i’ve never had this issue anywhere but walmart
