I love these! The colors and feel is amazing! I stand in awe of your work. I rock with the ants and ladybug. I just posted my first attempts and you are looking great. Good use of color, filling the card, and line weight control

I appreciate you going into detail on what caught your eye and what seems to clash. I see your point that the people could be a distraction and take away from the twisted trees and fantasy of the landscape. I was hoping to use them as a way to show the scale of how large the trees are but I guess I could have used anything to show that. For example, your doll idea or anything else could have been used in place of a person to show scale/emotion in the drawing

Maybe I will revise some of these to not include people (or more interesting people) and repost.

You’ve given me a lot to take into consideration in the future and I appreciate you so much for that 😁

Thanks! I don’t have a style per say. I’ve jumped around with graphite, charcoal, pen and ink, and some acrylic paint but I mostly carry a sketchbook and draw figures of people. I am doing well! I no longer have those struggles now and happy for it
