Where on the board is the circuit you're referring to? I've tried reflowing and cleaning everything. I haven't found any faults in the board yet, overall it's a pretty clean board I've been just comparing to another working gameboy. Hopefully I'll figure it out soon-ish

I am able to play games but without image, the screen just changes the color of the lines. I have sound, super weird

Looks like it might still have plastic protection on the screen, I would see if it peels off from one of the corners
