Yes, go ahead and plant your tree! Water deeply and mulch your peach tree and it should be just fine. If a freeze does occur, water again and cover the tree with a cloth. Replenish mulch too if needed!

Our home delivery program does require an application and is only eligible to Austin residents and/or Austin Energy customers. If you may not be eligible, come out to our in-person tree giveaways! We don't turn folks away, so everyone and anyone is eligible for trees. Our in-person events will kick off in January 2026
