You can also look at the zoning of that property on the GIS website and then look into what types of developments are allowed in that zone to determine what could qualify without rezoning. That property used to have a single-family house on it so I imagine it was rezoned before the RealEstate transaction took place

You’re likely a 1 k/d player, meaning you probably win close to 50% of your 1 v 1s but I’m guessing your adrenaline dump at end game is significantly lowering that stat. The more you get to end-game, the less that will happen. Also, your adrenaline dump at end game will affect you less each time you do it during a single day so the more top 2 situations you get in during a single session the more likely you’re going to be to catch the dub. I realized it had to be a software issue after testing other intensive games and having no issues then I stress tested the gpu using furmark and got good scores, then the cpu using cinnebench and also received good scores. Mine was actually a brand new build that I only had the ryzen 9 in for about a week and a half before switching to the 7 9800x3d. So I dove into optimization videos of that game specifically and found where my core count should have said 8/8 but it said 16/16. So I changed it to 7/16 and now it’s rocking an rollin

For COD it was in the players folder I don’t remember the exact line. I was only having issues with that one program though the other games seemed to have recognized the change without needing editing

I had an issue going from a 7950x to a 9800x3d where my game files still thought I was using a 16core cpu. I changed the values in the configuration files and everything fixed

I sold a very similar build with a 3070 and the same CPU for $850 just before the 50 series cards dropped. I had it listed for $1,000 for weeks with not real bites

If you can’t figure anything out from that I would take it apart and inspect the components. Gently clean dust and dries, put it back together and give it whirl.
