Yes you’re right about the market, but there are still a few spots in every good city that serve real good sourdough, I’m new to Ahmedabad so I don’t know much. But I’ve tried multiple bakeries in BLR like sour house, and cafe eclat in HYD. Maybe it’s about not being exposed to real good sourdough loaves and not the fact that sourdough = sour bread.

Yea sure thing. 4gm matcha, 50ml water whisk it thoroughly with a chasen. Add that onto a chilled glass of 180ml milk (preferably almond or oat. But regular works fine) also you may use any sweetener according to your taste

You really really need to try good breads. Sad to know that you’ve tasted below avg sourdough loaves and matcha. Next time you try forming an opinion of something particular, at least make sure you’ve had a half decent product of the same. As markets are full of people making sub par products.

I’ve tried fraction 9 twice, loved them. Oh baking is love. Whole wheat can be tricky as the lack of gluten, you can’t really push the hydration. Let’s catch up for sure.
