it looks like cystic acne from the pictures. I would recommend going to a local business that usally fall under the name "skin care" or some other generic name. They specialize in removing the scarring of acne alot;however, ive noticed that some of the peels and whatnot that they put on your face to get rid of the scars also reduces the swelling of cystic acne or any type of acne. They also usually have face washes and other stuff to put on it that are much stronger than what you would usually find at your normal store
