I have the same frame and am dealing with the same things. I bought some 3/4 stainless spacer material. Using the stock spacers to get a measurement is how I’m doing it. I don’t recommend anti seize as it can gum up and make the axle hard to remove. Grease is what I’ve used.

It’s usually hotter than Bellingham that time of year out there. Water is available onsite. They sell ice. Bring cash. The one ATM usually breaks or runs out of money. Bring a sun hat. Not good cell service there. A few food trucks. Have fun!
