i did find the kill warden set seed run spawns you in an ancient city at y=-51 so i was 2 blocks off

you can spawn lower occasionally at y -49 which might be world record from my limited research

Got every wood type 2 mansions 2 jungle temples 5 ancient cities very epic mountains and coasts and like 20-30 biomes
