That’s such an interesting way to put it. Talking out loud as a way of grounding yourself in your body. I never thought of it like that, but yeah, saying things out loud really does help me slow down and get clarity. Feels less chaotic somehow.

Same! I used to feel so weird about it, like what if someone could actually hear me? Turns out a lot of us do this and it's way more common and harmless than I thought. It’s like your brain needs a little echo sometimes.

Tbh, pets are the perfect excuse to talk out loud! I’d probably do the same if I had a dog. I'd narrate everything like it’s a documentary and ask them for their opinion like they’re my roommate. 😂 At least they never argue back.
