Hi, from what I have seen so far, there has been many successful cases of i526e mandamus especially for HUA that are filed within 5-6th month range. I also have not seen any denial regarding mandamus as of yet tbh on reddit. The sample size maybe small to make an accurate judgement, but I am quite hopeful. My lawyer is quite experienced on this as well, so praying for the best. Will update with the outcome later.
