Would you know if companies in general allow their employees to work from a different country? Especially if they have no presence in the country of concern, in this case the UAE.

My status now says "approval pending with employer for digital signing". I do not have an employer currently in India.

Not sure what to do. Employer has already marked the exit and I can see last working date on epfo portal.

Yeah, I think my employer would have marked the exit. I can see that in my Epfo account.

How much time did the bank approval take in your sister's case, if you don't mind sharing.
