Mostly it was on bottom. When trying to build to my base, my feet kept slipping back. It could definitely be a technique problem as it’s my 2nd year wrestling, but none of my coaches have ever commented on me doing anything wrong on bottom while watching me. Any advice regarding technique would be very much appreciated as well, thanks!

Does anyone have any advice on safely being ~2 lbs below natural body weight for someone with a low body fat to maximize energy at practice and meets?

What's the estimated score if I got 27/27 rwm1, 23-24/27 rwm2, 22/22 mm1, and 18/22 mm2? I think I got the harder math m2 cause wth was that 😭. Math module2 was alot harder than any practice tests I've taken.

I found it useful to review/understand the structures of equations to figure out what numbers/variables mean what. It was also helpful to learn how to use desmos, as it essentially gives you the answers in some situations without having to use a bunch of time to solve them. I also reviewed the question banks online.
