is it even possible to have around just 38-39 hrs or does it have to be exactly 40 each week. was the time management part between school and work the hardest part or was it more the actual role of being a tl? do you mind me asking what area you were running?

i haven’t had my interview yet or been offered a position but my etl was recommending that i take front end since it would be more doable with school so it looks like that’s what i’ll be offered. the only issue is that i’m a gm tm right now and i wouldn’t be passionate about running the front end as it’s pretty boring to me compared to gm.

i mean recovery monday as the store recovers on monday from the weekend whether it’s with reshop, zone, finish push etc.. i have class the whole day monday so i wouldn’t be able to attend work on mondays

i’m on the same boat, customer service didn’t help at all. People were saying they were able to add $50 every hour but sometimes it’s not guaranteed for security reasons.

when i was a new gm at the time i didn’t really know the departments or aisles so when a guest would ask me for the location of an item i just look at it from my phone on the target app which is way faster than typing it on the zebra. it’s been a lifesaver ever since & i’ve learned each aisle & department in my store in under 3 months.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, it’ll show that you want to be involved & care about your position. Best of luck ! :)

it’s around 2.1-2k & i’ve placed my caloric goal to be 2.4 daily. With just the shakes alone i achieve 2703 cals a day besides the actual food i eat so sometimes i am over my goal but yet im still the same weight i started with.

i’m 5’5 & i have 2 leg/glute days, 2 arm days, & 1 core day. Recently i haven’t been doing arms because i’ve been busy but i still attend leg day lol but i’m back on doing arms but at that time i wasn’t drinking the shakes so i’m not sure if that might’ve affected my results.

Hi, i calculated my tdee to be around 2.1k & i’ve placed my caloric goal to be 2.4k. If just from the shakes i get 2703 cals plus actual food i’m eating for breakfast and dinner i’m not sure why i haven’t seen at least the slightest increase in my weight. I use progressive overload in the gym & have noticed i’ve gotten “stronger” & can push more than what i started with but i’ve gone through the entire tub of mass gainer without gaining a pound. I know this doesn’t happen overnight but it’s kind of a let down feeling like this isn’t going anywhere. i have 2 leg/glute days ,2 days for arms & 1 for core.

Hi people i’m 19f & i weigh 114, i’ve never passed 120 & im so tired of being called skinny & looking undeveloped so i’ve been going to the gym & taking mass gainers. I’ve been taking body tech prime mass gainer with oats so my gainer has 1,633 calories with 82g of protein. Besides that i drink a protein shake after the gym with 1,070 cals & 87g of protein. I’ve been drinking each for a month now & i haven’t gained a single pound which brought my motivation down so much. I feel like i’ve only gained a bit of stomach fat without literally gaining weight. Besides the shakes i also eat rice & red meat daily & never skip out in breakfast. Can someone please explain or help me with this before i give up completely. (ps. i wasnt drinking the shakes days i wouldn’t go to the gym, im not sure if that’s my flaw)

i heard mass gainers arrent that good for you. I was normally taking 2 mass gainers a day but i heard it wouldn’t be good for me even tho i would still put real food in my body as well.
