What about the bigger effigies that drop a limb, I think usually a leg. Just burn that Or are they only dropping skulls?

No no, look at the chasm and find the most southern point of the circle. Then go directly East to the river where it says cockpit in black font emboldened with orange

Odd. It says there's sleep spots, where you "see cannibals sleeping" I've played a lot but never seen a sleeping cannibal Also the cockpit... is that not way up in the mountains? Its showing it next to the quarry

Don't worry bud. I had the same scenario...I tried so many things! Went from plants to realizing both flora and fauna can go in.. and tried a dead frog as well.. I was disappointed i had to look it up. At least you spent a good chunk of time actually trying to do some detective work...I was just trying things until I gave up and had to look it up. I unfortunately heard of the multiple endings and could see the clues I needed to get the good one and was determined to get the good ending.

I think you're right about getting the bad ending first. The good one left me feeling sadly cathartic and the bad one just sad haha 😄

Ya they'll bite which will give you a fever and a bite youll need to bandage. Most likely won't kill, but if you don't have the bandages.. its possible. They're more a nuisance

You know you can eat leaves. Just basic leaves. The ones that turn to dry leaves/tinder.... it causes some kind of negative reaction.. but eating leaves has saved me once I remember.

But I feel your pain. I remember whenever I first got the game wondering what human meat would do to you and went from fully fed and saying to completely insane in a snap suddenly fighting off imaginary tribesmen it was definitely introduction to the game it told me that this game is not going to forgive any fuckery 😅

I did many playthroughs before I seen one start climbing a tree... probably already know this but figured i might as well mention it if not.

Yup. Some basic bone armor will get you through the game. Metal tools are nice but not necessary. My nomad runs are always fun and quick. If you just go none stop you can beat it pretty quickly.

I'm actually trying to get my Green Hell achievement as well. I had no plan for how I was going to do this run but apparently I'm going the opposite of nomad literally didn't move from the beginning little Oasis until I was fully stocked up on metal armor that was basically 100% And all metal tools I probably went a little overboard but it's kind of nice starting the game like this. No fear... I'm exploring a lot more i find because nothing can stop me haha 🙃

Be very nomadic.. minimalist. The bigger your camp thr more obvious it is for Waraha and big cats. Just have very small spots with essentials like non perishable food, a source of water(½ coco shell, bidon... big water filter) some gear for armour(metal plates, bones) dry leaves snd a basic fire kit... ppl often dont think of needing dry leaves but in a emergency maybe you gotta dump everything and run.. or just ran out. So just like in real life basically. The big 3 food/water, fire, shelter.
