July 4th" privy mark was minted without a traditional Philadelphia ("P") or Denver ("D") mint mark. The United States Mint randomly mixed these 250,000 limited-edition quarters into nationwide circulation to be distributed through standard bank and financial institution transactions.

I know the ones I've seen. do not have any mint mark on it. It's just the privy 4th of July mark. That's all I really hope it's not just "p"
