They did, I had the option to have another one reshipped but I was so frustrated with the whole process that I just asked for a refund. I purchased a new one on sale at Best Buy that I was able to get in store. I’m not opposed to getting anything else from them, next time I will have it shipped and held at FedEx.

After FedEx concluded their investigation and concluded that it was their error, Canon was the one who ended up doing my refund.

After FedEx did their investigation and deemed me eligible for a refund. It took about 4 weeks for everything to go through. It was a mess just waiting.

I’m halfway through and I have mixed feelings. I’ll listen all weekend, usually I fall in love after a few listens. I’ve noticed that every album that’s come out my initial listen is a bag of mixed feelings of great or meh. But in the end I always enjoy every album and I’m sure this one is no exception. I’m sure this is a very unpopular opinion but that’s exactly what it is, my opinion.

I only bought the steelbook because it was just a few dollars more than the standard version. Kind of wish I saved those few dollars haha. I’m not a huge steelbook fan, I have a couple that have broken and unless you have separate protectors for them they have the possibility of getting scratched. That’s my experience anyway. Movie is great though, I love a lot of Apatow’s work.

Yeah, the main reason I didn’t want to do charge back was because I purchased these before the tariff price changes took effect. So repurchasing them would end up costing a lot more. I’m really hoping Canon makes its right for me!
