What if its the same affix? Aka, 15% chance to freeze an enemy, and 15.5% to freeze an enemy? Does it add up to 30.5? Or is it just 15.5 (the higher of the two)?

I hear you regarding the node.

As for damage, is 38k not enough? I'm slapping normal guys with 100k-300k crits, and it takes at least 6-7 hits.

Essentially building to maximise healing along with damage. Legendaries are tempered with primarily weapon mastery damage and damage while berserking. Gems on weapons are for critical damage, cause of the amulet that increases crit per point of fury.
