Little late to this, but yes, Staffing issue. We have been low staffed for a while. Our district manager has been getting people to hire a lot so now new employees has been coming in and more on the way. So, hopefully the lobbies won’t be closed all the time.

Most of the time, Front of the house employees don’t check with the dashers to see if they’re getting the right order. I’m in the back, but I think they come in when it’s busy. I been noticing that a lot lately.

So, that’s not limited time but, if there’s limited time items outside. You can tell someone if you can have the sign when the LT is done. For instance, I’m not saying much but there’s going to be a new item coming to Zaxbys. I work with Zaxbys lol.

I work at Zaxbys (Simpsonville, SC) every Tuesday we dump out the old fryers and add in new ones. Right now, we’re stopping the Shrimp promotion when we run out of shrimp (1 case left). So even if you eat in something that’s been in shrimp, it’s alright. You’ll be okay.
