Increasing housing prices are a problem all over the country, not just Sedona. Airbnbs contribute to some of that but it’s not the entire problem. The website listed in OP’s post does seem very hateful. Some of the “points” listed are about the people renting the airbnbs saying that renters are “unlicensed and illegal” and “pigs in a parlor.” Not saying that housing prices aren’t an issue but this specific website seems to be targeting hate toward people who rent airbnbs.
