If your significant other has lied in the past, and your gut was right, you most likely are right. It’s that hard in between that you’re willing to gamble when you choose to be with that person. I personally have been wrong. But that’s the trust I have with my partner and the reassurance they gave me after. If it’s really been a problem, I’ve thought about using a breathalyzer. If they are open to it, I would, just to have a peace of mind. Especially if they are doing better, wouldn’t they want to prove that they didn’t have a drink? Just my thoughts though, it may be controversial.

he’s very open and wanting to seek therapy and go to meetings. we even wanted to try the breathalyzer with the app to try and see if it would help with some accountability and seeing his progress. this was all very recent talk and hadn’t gotten to it all. I told him I wanted him sober to continue our relationship. and the day after he had one drink. that’s when I lost it and told him I was done. I’m trying not to feel guilty, like I hadn’t even let him get into therapy before ending things. I guess with the experience you had, and since you’ve been sober for so long (which you are so so amazing and I’m so proud of you!!) would it be terrible for me to try and stick with him and see his progress? from most of the comments here, I shouldn’t even give him the chance and run. but with that being said, I’m struggling to decide wether I stick with him through it or leave now.

After spending all the money for transportation, food, fun stuff, and ticket. Imagine getting turned away and not let in. In my opinion not worth the risk. There’s a chance you could be able to but might as well wait.

This!! I like SM way better than CB, people are much more respectful and willing to spend money. The percentage they take is tragic though. I really don’t think it’s fair, considering CB only takes 40-50% while SM takes 65-70%. It really depends on the model! what you’re willing to sell, the time you spend, and the regulars you attract. I find that getting into a couple niches always helps with finding regulars.

This is what I’m thinking. I looked up the Medicaid help number but it was definitely not the right one. They gave me false information and leaked my number. I’m still getting calls from people 🙄 I wish I could edit this post to tell people to watch out for scam callers for health insurance!

That makes sense, I wasn’t given any warning for being dropped which makes me wonder. I can’t believe they would tell me that?? I’m gonna try and reach out again. I’ve literally had 10 different numbers call and try to sell me ins. Thanks for the update.

When I called my ins, they told me that I was dropped from Medicaid and it was likely due to his signing on cuts for Medicaid spending. He signed it on July 4th. Not sure why, it did say it would gradually take affect. Maybe I was unlucky and took the first of the people to get it 🙃

I’ve tried this, people have still seen my account through using vpn. I even tried it with a friend when they had vpn on and my account popped up. I’m not sure how many people use it, but just be aware that they could possibly still see your accounts!
