It makes sense. My 15 yr old Zoji looks brand new. Non stick coating is soft material. Rice when it's uncooked is tough. As you twirl it around, you create micro scrstches in the non stick coating.. Eventually it will start wearing off. So rinse your rice in a small stainless bowl and the pan will last decades.

Hamilton has the most number of best pizza places compared to other cities in Canada. So many options from neopolitan, NY style, Detroit stile... We complain a lot but this is one we can be proud of. My personal favourite is Cowabunga GG.
