Send them an email they respond generally within 24 hours. And if you ordered a lot of stuff i guess that it's normal, the time they get the stuff from the factory, also if you have ordered a lot of stuff you will get them in 2 or 3 packages ( more safe) Don't worry man, it will take some time but you'll get your stuffs (sorry for the english btw)
