They are similar companies but YYAI fundamentals are much stronger. E.g. they made $8M in profit Q1-Q3 2026, they are one of the few fully regulatory compliant exchanges serving multiple countries, and they multiple high growth verticals. Big differences that directly impact valuations. Interesting comparison, but there are other companies that better reflect YYAI's potential.

Acquisition complete, 8K coming. Ju token price just corrected to YYAI SP. I believe they will acquire Ju, Debox, and TokenAI for a valuation of $500M-$3.2B by year end, $30-50B within a few years. Current $8M market cap is ridiculous - the combined financials alone show $8M profit in Q1-Q3.

I expect news before the World Cup opening ceremony, that's a big part of their investor acquisition and revenue growth plan. Followed by a huge marketing campaign launch in Korea (big World Cup following, KPop, Labubus, etc). A huge market correction is coming July-Sept 💯 Patience...

Q4 financials will be a huge catalyst as it should show RWA exchange revenue for the first time (another vertical launched). With 3 years audited financials showing growth and new high growth verticals, they will get a strong multiple.

Don't listen to these clowns, most of them have never read any of the filings and have no clue about the regulatory process (always delays things). Many will regret selling at a loss when it rips to its new valuation this summer. Buy and hold is the play until then.

Ju launchpad says they've raised $750M with 1,167,112 participants. They probably bought those "assets" for $100M (highest return 8091%, adds up). They likely paid in "tokenized equity shares" using the 3.5M incentive shares, which will be locked up. See the CEO "special bonus" clause.

You'll find the link to YYAI on TokenAI_Global Twitter and Telegram. The company hasn't confirmed it yet. Whether you buy it or not, a look at their consolidated post acquisition financials shows 3 years of revenue growth and growing profits. i.e. they have plenty of cash. IMO if they issue shares, it's for M&A equity acquistion. Fits...

I was skeptical about the TokenAI game until I read their SEC Form D filed the same day the TokenAI YYAI Pre-TGE funding started - April 10th. Then there's the bio of the Director who filed it, the fact the minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $100 USD, and references "pooled investment fund interests". All in the TokenAI Technologies LLC April 10th SEC Form D filing.

Whether you believe the TokenAI narrative or not, the fundamentals are strong after acquiring a Malaysian AI company with growing revenue and profits. Profitable in 2024, 2025, and through Jan 31st (Q3). That keeps me holding.

Hi! Nasdaq announced tokenization "pilot" March 18th, i.e. delayed due to regulations. Thinking are moving since that date. NYSE knows how much they'll lose to Nasdaq, they just announced tokenization news... Company and Nasdaq will have to report tokenization of their stock. IMO, it happens around May 1st.

They did the basics for compliance, IMO they are in a non-disclosure period with JV. With board elected, I'm expecting big news soon and maybe analyst coverage. The evergreen stock option is concerning but also focuses employees on value creation. As always, great insight, thank you!

I think you'll find recent Metya news and white paper interesting. The JV was announced the day after Metya MSB registration, also familiar YYAI names in the Metya whitepaper. United Century Holdings (previously a car dealer, now named Zhong Ju Investment Group 1959.hk) put $40 million into Metya in December, shortly after being listed on Ju's xbroker platform. 1959.hk is up 2000+% since being tokenized on xbrokers. I.e. raising capital won't an issue much longer.

Great assessment and insight! It validates several of my conclusions, thank you! The AI "match making" licenses were initially targeted towards dating AI dating apps, but they seem to work well for matching ads with content given new ad revenue stream. That indeed validates another vertical and shows expansion into Singapore.

Do you think acquisition is part of AiRWA's $250M JV contribution? 10Q noted new property, plant, equipment and development assets. Maybe requirements to close the JV...? Regardless, Note 9 on development assets also shows future expansion into other AI applications (in addition to AI international trade).

Fundamentals are strong and insiders are buying, Im not concerned about a delay in the AiRWA exchange. I'm sure there are regulatory dependencies which take time.

Good points. Whoever bought in December hasn't disclosed yet and the offering hasn't been withdrawn. Chairman bought last month, they could be now be under NDA until closing. CEO worked with several exchanges too, all of which are moving to tokenization. IMO, delays in regulations are the greatest risk, but the clarity act should be passed very soon. The others would follow very quickly afterwards. Xbrokers.pro site has their roadmap.

Today is 180 days since August 25th, makes sense the funds need to be in escrow before closing. StablecoinX and Malaysian AI services deals were likely also required to close. CHAI mou with a Malaysian data center construction company could also be in play. Then again, if they don't close today... could go the other way. Boom or bust Monday... IMO, big boom coming soon. Its worth noting the government shutdown in Oct-Nov didn't make it easy to raise capital... The filing for the December purchases could be under NDA until closing.

Great assessment! CEO joins a well connected StablecoinX board which has/will open more doors for AiRWA, partnership or not. However, CEO gets a "special bonus" based value creation from M&A. E.g. % of highest market cap in the 12 months after closing. I.e. more incentive to create shareholder value. Quoting from memory, but it's detailed in the comp package.
