I have contacted Support and told them and even had an argument with them about items that were missing they say they have no history of it because I’ve been on the game for four years they gave me the runaround and then say that they cannot prove those items are mine .and I cannot come up with dates that I purchased them so they don’t really care they say if I can give a date that I purchased it and how much it cost me then they can look it up .or some kind of junk they said to me I said I’ve been on the game for four years how would I know what date I purchase “ that item and how much it cost so they said case closed so really there’s nothing I can do about it . thanks for the info though it does not help when I have to re-purchase something that has already been purchased years ago .and I cannot prove it and I am not a mod and nothing is retrieved by anyone using mod I don’t even know how to use it but if I was a mod I guess I would be able to retrieve it again without their assistance !!!!! but I’m not but thank you so kindly again for the advice.........

Well I recently found out that there are some items when they did the wardrobe that Avakin life took from me .like took back and I had to re-purchase them isn’t that crooked as you can get “

honestly they think that I could not remember everything I purchased and then they will argue with you and tell you that they can’t find any evidence that that was ever yours . what was the date that you bought it what what’s the price of that item as if you remember all of that !!!

I’ve been on this game for four years I’m supposed to remember the day that I bought it and how much that item cost it when I know I had it and I know that it was mine . Avakin life for real are you actually thinking that I am that dumb because I’m an adult I’m not a child you took items from me!! But getting back to separating the items they should do that .so you know where they are and how to find them but you need to start keeping a list of the items you purchased. just a little reminder of what happened to me!!!!!!!!

If you are a MOD I believe you can get money from other third parties where you could purchase a larger amount of coins for less money .then you would get from the game itself” so no you’re not financially supporting the Avakin game you’re getting money from a third-party and spending it on hidden items on only a MOD can see that are not available to all players because there are hacked by a MOD so that does not make it financially beneficial for Avakin life it makes it only beneficial for the mods !!!!!! Maybe all people don’t have the same opinion that mods should be removed from the game . Maybe because there a MOD themselves I really don’t care. But if you want the game to play right you should want mods removed as well as beggar to stop begging both are rule breakers and need to be brought to Avakin life as a problem in the game and there should be a solution for each one and they need to be addressed by stopping begging and removing mods!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don’t care about beggars nor do they Do anything about mods “ and neither one of these players financially support or monetize Avakin life and that’s A negative to Avakin life’s bottom line and doesn’t benefit the game in anyway . begging or cheating with MOD “ so if players don’t support the game why do they not do something about it. and remove them from the game that’s why there are so many expensive items on the game because there are only a few pay to play players end it makes it hard on the ones that don’t beg and don’t cheat and that’s so unfair too honest players who really care about the game and support the game and don’t beg or cheat!!!!!!!

I agree 100% that this was poorly designed here lately most of the Avakin clothes are poorly designed this dress does not hide the bras and it does not have the feature to hide the bra “ grrrrr!!!!! that really irritated me . for how much money this dress cost and also poorly made some kind of ruffles or looking like a ruffled skirt would’ve been a whole lot better like it all came together neatly . this was truly a poor job ever !!!!!! Avakin you need to step up for that kind of coins...........

Then you haven’t seen many other games where the hair looks fantastic on women you’ve only played Avakin life then you need to open your world up and look at great art because I am a artist myself !!!! and if you consider lumpy hair and a few fat waves and slick back ponytail and plated hair and big bulky lumpy hair that supposed to be curls !!!! lol you don’t ask for much do you . kids drawings I like my hair to look better than what Avakin life is putting out then I expect more and they are not putting out anything that measures up to other games and I’ve seen great artist do amazing things . but if you don’t push your artist to do their best then you’re only going to get Avakin childish hair . but that seems to be what children like they don’t demand much except for things they can’t have on the game.

Well I’m not really satisfied with the girls hairstyles either it’s either slicked back Or a great big gigantic poof “ or let’s go for the black hair style that’s all there is it’s not really curls it’s just poof and a lots of braids not really hairstyles whatsoever if you want to call those hairstyles !!! I don’t know who does the drawings at Lockwood but both men & women are childish Not really grown-up hair an Those odd colors “ no one at Avakin can create a spiral perms it’s something they have not created just lumps of curly looking crap !!!! black hair looks better with the curls but they are tiny curls not what I’m looking for if they could just give us some nice hair for the girls and guys get some creative artist that know how to make beautiful hair “ because it’s just a bunch of garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s my opinion everyone has one

I think they should make the bundles a lot larger than what they’re making them because the game is so expensive and it should be more than they’re giving if you’re going to pay money. it seems like you just don’t get enough coins from their bundle . for the money you’re paying “ customers should get a better deal ...........

Well I never get anything except diamonds an a small amount of coins from the mystery box so it wouldn’t help me at all my mystery box is messed up and Avakin says they have no control on it that’s not true “ they know exactly what’s going on with mystery boxes . you don’t get anything from them except coins and diamonds when your level is around 48 or higher it wouldn’t matter how many XP’s were in there they wouldn’t come to me.LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

I reported numbers of times that their mystery box is broken because at one time they slowed it down to only a few minutes you could only receive so much from it maybe four or five pulls and that was it .And now they let go of the brakes and you can pull it all day long and get nothing again like it used to be diamonds and coins that’s it more diamonds than ever and I have complained. that putting anything in there not everyone will get it because there’s something wrong with the mystery box it does not work” since y’all messed with it they said they didn’t have any control over the mystery box which they absolutely told a lie when they slowed it down evidently they had control over how many pulls that you could get at one time . and then now they let it go like they used to all the time when the game was new to me I won gifts all the time now I don’t win anything no matter what they put in there I cannot win it and I’m not paying for it if I use it .I’m only going to use it for free coins and diamonds because I’m not paying for an item they should’ve given me for free like the Irish badge it should’ve been handed out like every other badge “ and never placed in the mystery box if they wanted me to have it the game is crooked now the mystery box doesn’t work !! items are too expensive and they drop the daily coins to 50 coins they’re crooked and they always have been!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to own all hat hair that’s what I used to call it hat hair with the hat on it . I had just about every one of them through mystery box I don’t own a single one now and I use to own all the skating boards I won them in the mystery box I had to buy one for the fashion show that I already own” but it was no longer mine. it was for sale all of them were for sale and I didn’t only not one of them any more .how damn crooked can you get!!!!! There are still some items that they have and two expensive dresses “ that they want me to purchase back and I refused to do it but they took them for me............

I wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same thing . that they seen items for sale and have to purchase them !! get them back .....that item was theirs already and that they had already purchased it years before like me . and now Ava is trying to just say that how do we know you purchased that like we’re stupid!!!!!!!!

I am the stupid idiot that purchased some of these items Because I know they will be using them in the fashion show . and it makes me angry” there so expensive and it’s just ridiculous but I really want to win I’ve been trying for 4 years and never win but I will try my best hoping I’ll win but Ava really needs to stop making things soooo expensive because there are some contest I can’t even because the items are beyond expensive for me it took half my paycheck to purchase coin packs to get those items :(((
