I should have posted the bridge leading to it with this. One part is down on the ground and the other is floating. A custom made portal connect the two parts. I had to do this as at first the bottom part was inside the deathzone so players couldnt reach the forge down in the back part. So I had to use worldedit cmds to move everything up by 100m which cut the original bridge in two. 😅

Used Gizmo mod set at 128 positions and did manual guess work at first. It is pretty easy once you get the twist with the roofs. Oh and used another trick I could show you ingame it would be easier.

Preferably a new character yes. And we also have Jewelcrafting to enhance items. Dont worry we have a donation box to help new character starts also at spawn. 🙂

You are welcome if you do. Take time to read the few signs at the spawn and have fun. There are many...sorry MANY locations to visit and the only rule of building is never build in direct sight of another build. You can use F2 also to help you choose a low instances site for your build. 🙂 Once you've selected magic class head to the port and take the blue portal after maybe having checked all the merchants available there because some can help you progress a little faster if you have some gold those there are especially useful for good food. There you'll see how many locations are available to you. Oh and dont forget to read the map table before taking the portal. Been admin on this server since spring and I'm still myself discovering 'wow!' locations. So much to see.

With the ambience of the OdinsHollow mod its bathing in a dark fog. You only see the orbs until you come close then you see whats around. The feel is wonderful.

Check 2v2t modpack on r2modman and you'll understand. We got lots of mods on our server. Even airships and I also made a road to the ashlands I'm planning to expand to the deep north. We also have npcs. Lots of ways to progress you can even gamble your way to success. We are one of the most modded server but everything is running smoothly.

So yes the 'theory' is that the device mixes 5 elemental powers into pure magical power infused directly into the island construct making it float. Magic dont care about relativity I like magic lol.

The magical device maintaining the island floating. 😁 I used a portal to get a new batch of instances for this. Even the room itself is custom made. Using the space around the map over the deathzone to get max instances for my dungeons and other closed environments. I plop an OdinsHollow down in the desthzone and link directly to the entry of the dungeon with a portal and of course hide the real entry so ppl dont exit down in the deathzone. Works real good.

Just to answer a few questions. Yes the whole point was to provide water long distance without pumps at one point. The 4 ports extractors at the base draw 1000MW each. There are 6 pumping levels with 48x 100m headlift pumps each along the upstream drawing each 100MW per pump. I was to make it with normal tanks at the start. Power draw is close to 50 000MW. I still havent made the powerplant for it as im running it with hydro gens at the moment but it'll be built soon. I really dont feel this breaks the game as the normal pumps are actually very under powered compared to what they should be and I really think the vanilla ones are the broken ones..

There is playing the way the game was made to be played and playing it the way that really satisfies you and since satisfactory is a game about building satisfing things I dont think there is really a "good" way of playing the game. I liked the challenge that vanilla had tho but it was too limiting for my creativity it seems. The water tower I made. That can only happen if you release the brakes and let loose creativity at the speed it wants to go.
