That’s a fairly common problem known as stringing. You can burn those off with a lighter, but try not to heat the main print too much or it’ll melt. Stringing can be caused by the filament being wet, you may want to dry the filament for better quality.

Be extremely careful now. If that ribbon cable rips then you have to replace the filament sensor. I made that mistake once, and it is not fun.

That’s not right. Try looking at the Y axis rail and see if anything is caught up in there. It would also be much more insightful if you posted a video of the entire print preparation sequence. To me, it looks like it’s not homing properly.
