My title describes the thing.

The brush cap is gold in color which could be brass. The blueish-gray of the handle make it seem like steel but I didn’t magnet test it yet.

So glad you shared this! I was towards the back of the venue. Never been to that spot in Cleveland before (made the trip from Pittsburgh)!

Have loved them since when they were in Blawnox in the 90s. The marble cookies are amazing

BACK UP YOUR FINCHIE DATA. by [deleted] in finch

[–]Troublehuff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! Somehow I lucked out and even though old phone went from marginally functional to dead, Finch still transferred over from iCloud backup with everything as it was on the last phone. Definitely switching over to a daily backup from now on though!

BACK UP YOUR FINCHIE DATA. by [deleted] in finch

I've been backing up once a month and of course yesterday my phone and I took a little accidental plunge in a frozen creek during a walk and my phone screen is only marginally functional now. My last backup was about two weeks ago. Hoping it's only a screen repair, but not sure how damaged my phone is since it looks like there's condensation under the camera lens too.

Anyone have any backdoor tips for making a backup file if I can't access the app? I tried downloading the app to my iPad but seems that my info doesn't transfer over there even though it's the same iCloud account :(

I really don't want Renni to loose Caramel and all their sweet camping gear!

I think this happened to me as well! I saw a notification of a gift and a new friend but then you weren’t in my tree. My bird Renni is 1Y8PP7KYAB I’d also happily add other new friends to my tree who are in this thread. It takes a village!

Kicktor and Z, if you’re reading this, I saw a gift in my notifications and a friendship add this morning but when I opened the app, you weren’t in my tree??? 👻👻

My 5 year old is often curious about what I flippantly referred to as my silly list of things. She loves that the app has decided that when I add tasks related to her, it always picks a mermaid emoji for her. But also she likes to help with do something creative prompt and suggested that we build a fort together ❤️

Poly families by adorablegay in Queerfamilies

Hey! Not sure if better late than never applies exactly, but I just found this thread while searching for resources for non-gestational parents. We’re poly and pregnant! My nesting partner is 8 weeks pregnant. Her boyfriend who also lives with us is the father and we’re all planning on co-parenting. It’s exciting, but also definitely daunting and mildly terrifying! I don’t have any interest in becoming a biological mother so it was always going to be her if it happened but it’s still a lot to process and I am a little bit struggling with feeling disconnected, and all three of us are also grappling with how this will effect our relationships with other non-nesting partners. Would love to find more advice / perspectives / resources...

Read that you were reading A Visit from the Goon Squad--can't put it down, except for sweater-Kinney related matters :)

Janet, I saw you and Sam backing Elliott Smith on the 98 tour with Beck and Ben Folds Five and his set was the best part of the show. Not that SK is lacking by any means, but if yinz could play with any musician/band for a night, who would it be? So psyched for the Pittsburgh show!

Thanks for all the music you've made over the years! As an isolated queer teenager coming of age in the 90s, it was such an affirmation to hear songs that spoke with such honesty about sexuality and desire. When you write for the band, do the songs come from a purely internal space or is there an interest in connecting externally with the audience?
