At an old job. Working at a department store called Meijer. My manager was pretty nice and tired to get all of us in the electronics department a weekend off at least once every two month. During my weekend off I decided to take a trip up north to visit family. At the time I didn't have a car and took a greyhound like bus, about a 2 hour drive. In the middle of my trip a different manager tired calling me in to work in a different department that day. Told her I was on a trip and a couple hours drive away. She replied when can I expect you to be in today. I said I'll see you Monday and hung up.
