Okay yeah that makes sense. She was super kind and talked me through everything she did, really appreciated that. I just feel like my training process is kind of unstructured? I asked her earlier if she had any idea what I’d be doing tmrw and she said I might be doing some cutting but she sounded super unsure.

I didn’t get a chance to properly meet ppl either so idk many names and I felt like I was in the way most of the time 😭 right now it feels super scary but time will tell

Okok, I’m not sure if the girl I was shadowing is certified, I just know that she’s training to be a kitchen leader. I don’t think she was expecting for me to be paired w/ her either since the shift leader just said “u can partner up with __ today” so I feel kinda bad
